The mission of NCAComp's workers' compensation claims administration staff is to provide fair and equitable treatment to workers suffering injury as a result of their employment by meeting the statutory obligations in an efficient and fair manner.
We will administer workers' comp claims by:
- Promptly and thoroughly investigating to assure that all legitimate workers' compensation claims are processed without delay.
- Communicating with the employer and the injured worker as soon as possible to gather the information needed to adjudicate the workers compensation claim.
- Providing prompt telephonic case management under established NCAComp guidelines.
- Protecting our clients from loss through workers' compensation fraud and abuse.
- Avoiding excessive payments by controlling costs of the investigation, medical management, legal defense, length of disability, and medical treatment.
