
The Contractors Self-Insurance Trust Fund began in August of 1997 and is a self-insured workers' compensation plan for contractors and their suppliers. It is comprised of a select group of employers who have demonstrated a commitment to safety and loss control.

- Trust pays for 50% of post-offer, pre-employment physicals.
- Buy-back program on medical only claims to keep experience modifications low. This allows our AP & S staff to review all claims to look for trends to improve on accident prevention.
